Beware do not eat the fruit of this tree. It is poisonous to humans, but highly prized by squirrels.

This super hardy tree can withstand -50 C and is an excellent at dying when exposed to high atmospheric pollution.
4. Silver Maple (Acer saccharinum) - 819 Wilson Crescent
These trees are known to grow for 130 years or more. This one is thought to be the largest in Saskatoon. I wonder how old it is?
